Lucas' 1st: A Superhero Birthday Party
Have you ever tried organizing a children's party?
I think that's one of the best parts of being a mother. Organizing you kids' birthday party.
Lucas just turned 1 last 28th of April and I've been really excited about it.
Me and hubby had a little brain storming and we ended up deciding to have a Superhero Themed Party.
Preparing for it was fun!! By simply just looking for ideas on the internet, it can actually kill your time. And the more ideas, the more excited you get.
So we decided to celebrate it at home because of our tight budget. I had to go scouting for affordable party hosts for the program.
The backdrop layout was made by my dearest partner in life with my ideas. It was provided free by the party package I've chosen.
Lucas' cake was from At Home Cakes and Party Line by Judy Adan who also made Lucas' cake on his Dedication Party. 2,300php for 1 layer fondant cake plus 30 cupcakes.
The program, the clown host, the tarpaulin, balloons, game prices, loot bags, tables and chairs were from Colorful Balloons located at Sandawa Road.
The Party Package was worth 3,500php. I just paid additional fees for additional balloons and loot bags.
We had chicken and spaghetti for the party meal. We have decided to put some twist on the meal boxes.
We also prepared dinner for the adults. 2 Lechons were served, one was provided by his grandparents for her Tito's thanksgiving. He passed his Criminology Board Exam.
I've made some masks for the kids but unfortunately they didn't fit. Haha
As for fashion note, I decided to wear something blue and red to match my son's outfit!
