Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf The Giving Journal 2017 Launch
The spirit of Christmas was felt so strongly at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf launched The Giving Journal 2017. It was the same feeling we had last year as we were once again invited to see how CBTL has gone a long way not just being one of the top coffee shops but also for being so generous for years partnering with Habitat for Humanity and the Real LIFE Foundation, an organization committed to serving the poor through education, character development, and community service.
Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, born in Brentwood, California in 1963, started through selling roasted gourmet coffees and teas. It was an inspiration of numerous outstanding coffee shops as Henry and Mona Hyman traveled all throughout Europe. Less than twenty years later they went on from gourmet coffee to inventing beverages. It's Original Ice Blended line is a pioneer which started the whole frozen coffee revolution. Now, CBTL has nearly 100 branches nationwide ever since it arrived in the Philippines in 2003.
The Giving Journal 2017
The Giving Journal 2017 edition has four covers. These four covers represent CBTL's commitment of giving back through promoting goodwill and social responsibility. CBTL aims to remind people of what the #SeasonOfGiving has always been about. The Giving Journal 2017 desires to be an inspiration to start a journey of giving.
The Giving Journey with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
Within the Giving Journal, each month is a sketch showing CBTLs commitments inspiring each individual to join their advocacies with their partner organizations, one of which is the Real LIFE Foundation, the Giving Journal beneficiary since 2011. The Real LIFE Foundation focuses on giving education, and every Giving Journal redeemed is giving chances for scholars to take flight.
How to get your own The Giving Journal 2017?
Start collecting your stamps and let your Giving Journey begin. Get your stamp card in all Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf stores. Each stamp card has 12 circles with corresponding purchased drink assignments. All 12 stamps must be accumulated in one stamp card to claim the Journal. A box of CBTL capsules gives you two stamps, while any CBTL Single Serve Beverage System purchase allows you to claim the Giving Journal.
The Giving Journal 2017 is available in 4 colors- rose, purple, gray, and turquoise.
Just right after the history and the Journal were presented, CBTL made the experience blissful and sweet as they asked us to design sugar cookies they prepared to be given to the kids.
