On th e 5th of November, I was one of the attendees of Lancris Residences Investors Night and was glad to be presented with the wonderful projects they currently have. Investors and media partners gathered around to hear the good news.

The investors night was presented by Jigger Cunanan, the Assistant Vice President of Land Cris Somerset Development Corporation and Emmanuel Torre, Lancris Residences Regional Director.
It was a lucky night for the investors as Engr. Jefferson S. Bongat, the President himself took the stage for the opening remarks telling us how they started, the goals and how it's gonna be worth it to invest at Lancris. It was followed by showing us a very heartwarming video made by Lancris entitled Homecoming...

Lancris Residences is located at Better Living Subdivision in Paranaque. We were again presented with reports as to why it is wise to invest in Paranaque. Paranaque is, in fact, one of the best places to stay and to spend the rest of your life with.

The executives also provided us with the Lancris Residences Updates showing us the recent photos of the place which is really enticing. We were able to peek of the developments of the two condominiums in Paranaque. The night ended with two of the investors, one from Cagayan De Oro and another one from Davao, sharing their testimonies of their Lancris Residences experience.

To be honest, though I am at the age and situation where I should think of a good settling down, I never really thought of it until I heard about Lancris Residences. It was heartwarming to know that the president clearly knows how it felt to dream and getting what you've been dreaming of. Glad to be invited to their investors night. I am somehow convinced to invest but.. well in God's perfect time.

As the night ended , I am left with the thought who wouldn't wanna see a better future at Lancris?
