One of the secrets of being on top is having the confidence to stand out. And for you to stand out, you have to be at your best, not just intellectually but also physically. I've been working as a Call Center Agent for quite some time, been to different BPO companies and I've been exposed enough to know the environment.

So in deciding what style to ramp on the FLOOR here's the list of the things you have to think about...
The Shift.
Most of the time, the working schedule is really crazy. If you're lucky you get a daytime job but mostly you get the graveyard shift. Because you will be catering people from the other side of the world. You sometimes even have to get out of the house at the most unholy hour. So if you're a woman, you have to be covered at least!
The Office Temperature
This is a BPO stereotype. IT'S ALWAYS REALLY COLD! Over sized hoodies are just mostly unflattering.
The Culture
Basically each companies have their own culture, some would allow you to wear anything you like, but there are also companies that would require you to wear business casual. And there goes the challenge!
The Sense of Comfort
Well of course how can you be confident when you're not at all comfortable with what you're wearing?
And blazers, cover ups, jackets, pullovers, hoodies, coats, and ponchos will be your best friend but like any other best friends you have, they will just always be there when you needed them.
Here are some awesome office blazers I found online. These are available overseas and a bit pricy. But I suggest you go thrift shopping for unique and awesome cover up finds!
But on top of these, we still have to think of our overall style. And the greatest challenge of all is thinking of what to wear EVERYDAY!!!
So here are some of my style suggestions...

So like I say, I am a Call Center Agent by profession, It's one of the highest paying job in the country but the most exhausting and the most challenging. So you better have enough inspiration and motivation to survive. BPO is also the only job who doesn't care about who you are.Whether you're poor, rich, with or without college diploma, in whatever gender or age bracket you belong, as long as you're at a legal age, as long as you have the confidence and the guts, and the best communication skills, then you're in. But of course, for you get higher pay, you should perform well. This is also the kind of job who appreciates your effort and who value you as much as the clients. So if you are loving this job, it will love you back
