It is the tradition of the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf to give back to the community, and it has parnered with Real Life Foundation, the Giving Journal's beneficiary, to fulfill this tradition by supporting educational needs of the less fortunate. To date, The Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf has already sponsored 38 university scholars since 2011- giving them the chance to fulfill their dreams, help their families, and improve their prospects for a brighter future. At present, the brand is proud to share that 13 of the sponsored scholars have already graduated. 

And so this is not just a journal. It is one special journal that lets you feel the season of giving.

How to get these journals?

1. Get the Giving Journal Card when you purchase of any CBTL drinks.
2. Collect 12 stamps ( 1 original Iced-blended, 1 Tea Latte, 1 Holiday Drink, 1 Coffee/ Espresso based beverage, 8 drinks of your choice)

Speaking of Holiday drink, in the spirit of the merriest season, CBTL is offering its customers two special holiday flavors that make the perfect companions for celebrating the holodays. Each of which comes in two variations: an iced drink and a warm latte. These two flavors are the Toffee Nut and of course the Winter Dream Tea,



The newest addition, The Toffee Nut is inspired by traditional holiday confections, its flavor comprises of a buttery caramelized sugar with a hint of nut, paired with the richness of espresso and a sprinkle of toffee bits.

The Winter Dream Tea is a drink that has come to be anticipated and loved by the cafe's patrons, rooibos and black tea are blended with sweet spices and hints of Vanilla -- a beverage that is truly what holiday dreams are made of.

Each drink was lovingly crafted to capture the spirit of Christmas in a cup, to be savored and enjoyed amidst the chaos of all holiday preparations. 

As part of this Giving back project of CBTL, they've invited Ms. April San Pedro to do a quick workshop on Water Color Lettering. It was one my favorite part of the launch. The struggle is real when it comes to brushing. But I am so happy I tried doing this but I realized it can't be my hobby. Haha.
